Pedalpalooza 2014 is over...

If you had a great ride idea but didn't have time to lead it during Pedalpalooza, go ahead and add it now. Promote it the mailing list. Maybe hand out flyers at regular events such as Breakfast on the Bridges and the Midnight Mystery Ride.

Bikey fun continues forever because we (including you) make it happen!

Clinton City Park, SE Woodward St & SE 57th Ave Portland, OR 97206 Take Trimet (Meet at the Southeast corner of Clinton Park by the playground)
2:00pm
The NE/SE 50s Bikeway was recently completed providing a new North-South bike route mostly on 52nd and 53rd Avenues. This can be combined with the slightly older 80s Bikeway to form a 14-mile in-the-city loop entirely on neighborhood or bike-laned streets with no difficult road crossings. Since this is a Pedalpalooza event, feel free to come dressed for either the 1950s or the 1980s decade! The ride is predominantly flat, looping nicely around Mt. Tabor situated in the middle of the route.

2:00pm, Usually a couple hours, bail early if you like.
Back for its 6th consecutive year, Get Lost! is a ride led entirely by chance.  Dice are rolled to determine how many blocks to ride, and which direction to turn once we get there (Odd total =R, Even =L). You never know what to expect. Since we won't be taking designated bike routes riders should be pretty comfortable in semi-hairy conditions, but dangerous or illegal routes will not be traveled. Probably not a loop, but that's what we said the first year, and we (eerily) ended up in the exact place we started! Read about that year's ride here: http://bit.ly/eDaPZW
